What is included in JLB-series Container-type Asphalt Mixing Plant?
Cold Aggregate Supply System

The cold aggregate supply system includes 4–5 variable frequency conveyors (depending on configuration) to ensure even material supply. The hopper features 1–2 vibration motors to prevent blockages, and each batching outlet includes a shortage alarm. The system is eco-friendly, and its electrical controls are centralized for easy installation and transport. Additionally, users can choose between belt conveyors or a bucket elevator for a compact layout.
Drying Drum
The external framework provides support, and the internal components, including the drying drum, drive system, and heating insulation, are designed in a compact manner. The drying drum has a compact design with a four-wheel friction drive. It ensures easy and reliable aggregate drying. Moreover, the burner system supports coal, fuel, natural gas, or a combination, giving flexible heating options.
Dust Collector System
The upper layer combines the induced draft fan and the dust collector into one unit. It uses a bag dust removal system with electromagnetic pulse cleaning, which is simple and has a low failure rate. Additionally, a device prevents high-temperature damage to filter bags, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
In the lower layer, there are two storage types: one stores particles collected by gravity and sends them to the hot elevator for screening, while the other stores finer dust collected by the baghouse.
Users can recycle the dust into powder storage or discharge it for cleaning using a humidification mixer.
Weighing & Mixing System
The system includes a mixing pot, powder weighing hopper, powder conveyor screw, and aggregate weighing hopper. It also has an environmentally friendly dust collector to capture emissions. In addition, a low-voltage control cabinet manages all motors, supporting quick transportation and installation of containerized equipment.
The weighing system has aggregate, filler, and asphalt weighing hoppers. The aggregate hopper uses four electronic sensors, the filler hopper uses three, and the asphalt hopper uses three. Each sensor has a weighing accuracy of less than ±0.5%, meeting strict project quality requirements.
The mixing pot operates with a cycle time of 45–60 seconds and includes the pot body, mixing shaft, paddle arms, paddle heads, wear-resistant liners, and discharge door. The high-chromium cast iron liners and paddle heads can last up to 100,000 tons. Users can easily disassemble or adjust the liners, which are fixed with bolts. The discharge door uses a single-cylinder lever mechanism for fast operation and excellent sealing.
Vibrating Screen
The dual vibration motor drive and linear vibrating screen structure effectively screen and store different aggregate sizes. A bypass structure ensures reliability. Moreover, users can customize screens according to specific sieve requirements.
Hot Material Silo
The silos accommodate different material types and include temperature sensors and material alarms. The asphalt weighing bucket is installed in the lower silo position, ensuring a compact layout and smooth oil supply.
Hot Aggregate Elevator
The elevator transports dried hot aggregates to the vibrating screen. A thermoresistor at the chute outlet monitors aggregate temperature continuously, and the system transmits data to the burner, which adjusts flame size in real time for optimal performance.

Asphalt Supply System
This system uses a dual-tank integrated design for simultaneous heating and storage. The tanks also provide foundation and structural support for the plant. Asphalt capacity ranges from 50–75 tons, using thermal oil heating. The nearby asphalt pump ensures convenient circulation and supply. Additionally, an optional mixing function is available.
Powder Supply System
The system can include a powder silo with a high-level indicator. A variable-frequency impeller feeder at the bottom ensures precise supply, and a powder loosening device prevents arching. A vibrating top dust collector is available , and stone powder from the silo or dust from a reclaimed silo (optional) can feed proportionally into the powder weighing hopper using a screw conveyor.
Pneumatic System
The pneumatic control system includes an air compressor and several gas tanks, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Control System
The control system of the JLB-series container-type asphalt mixing plant adopts computer control, with screen display, keyboard input, and a printing system, utilizing a programmable logic controller (PLC) for reliable operation. It features an intuitive display, user-friendly operation, and a high degree of automation.
Additionally, a simple office desk and chair, along with an industrial control system, provide a fully 3D animated bilingual (Chinese-English) interface, enabling seamless switching between automatic and manual operation. The system is designed to meet modern aesthetic preferences, combining simplicity and functionality.
