What is Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant?

The WCB-Series Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant is suitable for the construction of base materials in ordinary highways, high-grade highways, expressways, urban roads, sports fields, airports, etc. It can achieve continuous production of various uniformly mixed and accurately proportioned stabilized base materials (according to the requirements of raw materials).

The equipment is driven by electricity fully, using three-phase 380V 50Hz AC power source, controlled by the central control cabinet. It can realize independent start and stop of simple equipment and interlock control of the complete set to guarantee correct mixing. Mixer of the equipment adopts dual-axial forced continuous structure under mechanical drive and it is featured with superior mixing performance, strong adaptability, good mixing effect and high mixing efficiency.

Its working principle is: cement transported by bulk cement tanker is conveyed into the large cement cabin via feeding pipe, cement controlled and mixed by impeller feeder is conveyed into the mixer directly for mixing.

Large Cement Cabin:

The large cement cabin is cylinder vertical storage cabin, including cabin body and framework. The cabin body is equipped with pneumatic feeding pipe. It equips with dust remover in top of the cabin body and turbine driven by speed-regulating motor in the bottom of cabin body. In addition, it sets pressure relief cone inside cone in lower of the cabin body to reduce pressure of the impeller feeder. The cone is set with pneumatic arc breaker muffler for arc breaking.

Screw conveyor:

The screw conveyor can convey the cement drained from large cement cabin and prepared by the impeller feeder into the mixer. The screw conveyor is composed by screw shell, impeller axis and driving motor. The screw shaft rotates at fixed rotating speed.

Impeller feeder:

It is composed by turbine, motor, chain and and chain wheel. The motor adopts variable-frequency speed-regulation and it can regulate rotating speed of motor based on actual weight and required mixing rate of cement so that the turbine can supply the cement with required dosage.
