Aiming at the difficult problem of rubber asphalt that is extremely easy to precipitate and separate, a strong mixing device is installed in the asphalt tank of a special model product, effectively solving the problem; The auxiliary time before construction is reduced, and a dual combustion system is designed in the tank body to ensure fast heating speed and spraying temperature; All asphalt pipes are equipped with heat conduction oil pipes, which are heated internally to ensure smooth flow of the pipes.
The complete machine consists of a Class II vehicle chassis, asphalt tank, asphalt pumping and spraying system, conduction oil heating system, hydraulic system, combustion system, control pneumatic system, independent power system and operating platform.

The complete operational unit is positioned on a dedicated chassis with its self-contained power and control system. It can be mounted on various vehicles, unaffected by their type or power. This arrangement ensures precise spraying accuracy. Once spraying is complete, it can be conveniently stationed in an open area, offering an efficient and cost-effective solution that doesn’t consume vehicle resources.
Fluid Self-control Logic Group Valve
Details:
- Patent-owned: a new patent with proprietary intellectual property rights, is adopted to control the asphalt pipe of the complete machine.
- Simple: It is characterized by simple structure, small space usage, and strict control logic sequence.
- Easy installation and implementation: Using multiple cylinders, the conical head’s movement adjusts the internal space of the valve group. Also, the PLC programmable controller logically controls the movement of several cylinders, and drives all the cylinders in combination according to different logic relationships.
Heat Conducting Oil System
