  1. Each bin adopts belt feeding machine controlled by VVVF motor, with accurate primary feeding.
  2. Sand bin is equipped with wall vibrator, with reliable feeding.
  3. Tail wheel and guide wheel adopt “self-cleaning” roling wheel. Drive wheel is hung with rubber on the surface, thus it can prevent belt slipping.
  4. The inlet is installed with grid net, thus it can prevent the netry of super-large materials, and achieve “primary selection”.
  5. It has filter screen, so that unqualified materials cannot enter the drying cylinder, thus reduce heat loss.

Main Structure:

The Drying Drum’s key role is to heat and dry cold aggregates like stones and sand, achieving the necessary moisture level. Effective aggregate drying is crucial to prevent subpar asphalt mixes that could compromise the final pavement’s quality and performance.

  1. The drying drum is equipped with special blaes conducive to heat exchange between aggregate and flame, to ensure its  maximum thermal efficiency.
  2. The outlet has a replaceable wear plate, ensuring a longer service life.
  3. The efficient and energy-saving burner, fueled both by diesel or heavy oil, is suitable for harsh working conditions such as plateau and rainy days.
  4. The fuel burner employs compressed air atomization, electric actuation, and a unique eccentric wheel mechanism. This design regulates the multi-blade damper and oil valve, ensuring optimal air-fuel ratio across all positions. This results in efficient combustion, minimal fuel usage, and superior thermal efficiency.
  5. The burner’s track installation allows for convenient maintenance. The infrared temperature measurement system ensures precise and reliable temperature control, using imported components.

  • Efficient vibrating screen: The box adoptes Hooke bolt connection, and it has good overall performance, and strong and durable features. The vibrator adopts high overhead style, with longer maintenance cycle.
  • Use quick change cover clamp to fix trhe screen. At replacing the screen, users only need to loose clamp bolts outside, so the operation is convenient.
  • The amplitude signs are marked at both sides of the box. Meanwhile, it is also installed with motor reverse braking device, and it can eliminate the beating and irregular motion of the resonance area.
  • Weighing system adopts imported high-precision sensors, equipped with asphalt overload protection device. Thus, the measurement error of aggregate and powder can be controlled with ±0.5% and measurement error of asphalt with ±0.3%.

Types:

There are two types of systems for conveying powder to the weighing hopper of the mixing equipment.

  • Manual feeding, powder hopper – Screw conveyor feeding system: This system is suitable for situations where the powder demand is small and the powder is supplied in bags.
  • Powder silo – Screw conveyor system: This system uses a rotary valve to control the flow of powder from the powder silo to the inclined screw conveyor.

This system consists of asphalt pipelines, valves, pumps, and an asphalt weighing hopper with a weighing device. The weighing operation and discharge of the weighing hopper are controlled from the control room.

  • The truck employs a variable frequency motor for precise speed control, ensuring accurate positioning and reliable start/stop functionality.
