The YQ-Series Dual-Functional Oil and Gas Burner is a fully automatic electronic proportional control dual-fuel burner for gas and heavy oil. It is a hybrid burner. It operates by alternately switching between gas and heavy oil fuels. By adjusting the supply of fuel and gas and mixing them with air in the appropriate proportions, the dual-functional burner generates a combustible mixture. Ignition is then initiated through an ignition system, releasing a significant amount of heat to boilers or other heat-producing equipment. During the combustion process, automatic control can be achieved by regulating the airflow and fuel supply. The burner is specifically designed for the drying of asphalt mixing plants, rotary kilns, and other equipment. What is YQ-Series Dual-Functional Oil and Gas Burner?

The YQ-Series Dual-Functional Oil and Gas Burner is an innovative heating system designed to provide versatility and efficiency in various industrial applications. This burner is specifically engineered to accommodate both liquid fuel and natural gas, offering users the flexibility to choose the most cost-effective and readily available fuel source for their specific needs. The burner and fan are integrated into one unit, using a centrifugal high-pressure fan. The compact structure and stable high air pressure ensure thorough combustion of the fuel in the combustion chamber. PLC program controller is used for automatic control and supervision of the burner’s operation.

It has the advantages of low energy consumption for both fuel and gas, simple operation, and a wide range of applicable fuels. On average, less than 6kg of oil and less than 6.5 cubic meters of gas are consumed for producing 1 ton of mixed material. It adopts an axial-flow integrated high-pressure fan supply system, gas proportional control motor, Siemens VGD valve group, PLC touch screen, and frequency conversion control system. The YQ series burner features automatic ignition, automatic temperature control, fault alarm locking, low noise, stable air supply, and low failure rate.

The maximum viscosity of the fuel (heavy residual oil) supplied to the burner is 9.5°E at 100℃. The fuel intake for the burner (heavy residual oil) needs to be filtered before entering the oil pump.

  3. Pipeline Cleaning: To prevent residual oil condensation in the nozzle due to shutdown, the oil pump can be reversed to clean the oil line, unclog the oil pipeline and oil tank, making maintenance extremely convenient.
  4. Gas Supply Mode: When burning gas, the corresponding relationship between gas flow and pressure before the nozzle allows precise pressure control through valve adjustment. This not only accurately regulates the air-fuel ratio but also prevents fluctuations in gas source pressure from affecting the air-fuel ratio (far superior to conventional burners).
