How to choose the right capacity? I will give an example:
The duration is 1 year. The construction period of the surface layer is 180 days. The construction period below the surface layer is 185 days. The volume of modified asphalt mixture SMA-16 is 5025 m3, the volume of asphalt concrete mixture AC-20 is 11128 m3, the volume of RCC C15 is 13158 m3, the volume of cement-stabilized macadam base is 32310 m3, the volume of fill macadam is 18546 m3.
Production rate = V*D/TKt
where V = total volume of paving road;
D = compactness (usually 2.35-2.4 t/m³),
T = construction period;
K = time utilization coefficient (eg, 0.65) ;
t = actual processing hour of each day(eg. 8)
Production rate = (5025 + 11128) * 2.4 / (180 * 0.65 * 8) = 41.4 t/h
